My name is Kelsey Skrinde! I am a mother, Birth Doula, GentleBirth Child Birth Educator, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. I have been working full-time as a Doula since August 2022. I am passionate about supporting birthing families through all stages of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.

This service does NOT include actual birth support.
This is perfect for someone that just wants an idea of what birth could look like. Hospital procedures, time line of labor and birth, what to look for and expect.
